About Ange
With 20 years’ experience in the early childhood sector, Angela has experienced a wide range of roles including centre-based management, independent consulting, development management and various positions within the Regulatory Authority.
Angela’s passion for quality improvement took her to the Regulatory Authority in NSW, and then to QLD following an interstate move. This expanded to becoming a project officer and a 1st tier review panellist, deepening her love for compliance, investigative work, and the assessment & rating process.
Moving into development management, Angela has been able to further define her passion for coaching and mentoring, supporting educators to become the best versions of themselves. Angela employs a strength-based approach in equipping educators with the skillset needed to provide children with an early childhood experience that is reflective of quality, respect and importantly, happiness.
Angela is an advocate for children’s play and is a passionate believer in implementing play-based learning into the school years, supporting extended early childhood education experiences.
