Choose a package that will suit your team

Let us cover a couple of staff meetings, or maybe more? We'll work with you to customise a day or a package that covers areas and identified needs mapped to your Quality Improvement Plan.

Packages can be designed for educators, teachers, or leadership teams from the education and care sector.

We recommend considering the needs within your Quality Improvement Plan and Strategic Inclusion Plan, to choose the topics that will be most relevant to your team.

Topics include:

  • Educational program and practice

  • Documentation and planning for children's learning

  • Designing effective early childhood environments

  • Developing Quality Improvement Plans

  • Applying theory and research to pedagogical practice

  • Back to basics - what is pedagogy, principles and practices?

  • and more?

Our support team are happy to give you a hand deciding how your package will look and finding the right facilitator to fit your team. Simply call us on 1300 361 243 for a free 10 minute strategy session.

Step 1 - Decide on your package length

Your package can be made up of a series of workshops and coaching

Evening staff meetings

How many evening team meetings would suit your team? These are typically 1.5 - 2.5 hours in length. Each team meeting will be centered around one theme. So, as a rough guide, if you are wanting to cover (for example), documentation, environments, and behaviour, you'll need 3 meetings.

Full team days

Instead of evening staff meetings, you might choose to make one or more of your staff meetings a full team day. These can be on the weekend, or a pupil free day. These days will also cover one theme per day, but can be up to 5 hours in length, giving your team the time to take a deeper dive into the topic.

Coaching & mentoring hours

Add some depth to your package with in-situ coaching and mentoring. Your facilitator can visit you in your day to day setting to observe practices and provide on the spot feedback, as well as written feedback in the form of Quality Improvement Plan Actions.

Step 2 - Choose your package themes

Choose one theme per staff meeting - here's some suggestions from our Workshop menu
