Dr Louise Porter and Sandi Phoenix will be supporting you in rethinking behaviour ‘management’.

Join us for a powerful day to re-think and re-frame the role of teachers and educators in supporting children’s emerging social competence. This event will flex your thinking, question your knowing, and change your practice forever.

Mastering Behaviour Guidance with Dr. Louise Porter  

Louise will suggest how educators can prevent most behavioural disruptions in children by meeting the children's needs. A Q&A session about the implementation of a guidance approach will shed some light on practical strategies.  


Mastering The Phoenix Cups Framework with Sandi Phoenix

If you're a seasoned Phoenix Cupser, you'll love this session. If you're new to the Phoenix Cups (or need revision) don't worry, we'll catch you up before the day with some exclusive resources and video recording so you come to the day ready to master.

Explore the reasons and functions that drive children’s behaviour as developing human beings using the Phoenix Cups Framework. A Q&A session about the Phoenix Cups and the design of cup-filling strategies will ensure you leave with a cup filling plan to implement straight away.    


Leading behaviour change in education settings

You’re excited and inspired but how do you pollinate this change to your team? The end of the day will focus on discussion about how you can become change agents to sustain ongoing reflective practice at your service.

                  Please note the following terms and conditions before purchasing your ticket

                  You may checkout with credit / debit card using the Paypal checkout. You do NOT require a Paypal account to do this, simply select the 'Pay with card' option.

                  If you would prefer to pay by Direct Deposit / Wire Transfer, complete your order up until the Paypal screen (this will log all details of your order on our system), then CONTACT US to request an emailed invoice.

                  Advertised price is GST exc - GST is added prior to checkout.

                  All payments are strictly non-refundable. Refunds are not accepted, however tickets are fully transferable. Please contact us to discuss if you require a transfer or credit note by calling 1300 361 243. Requesting a credit note within four weeks of the date of the event will incur fees.

                  For full day events - Morning tea AND Lunch is included (not afternoon tea unless otherwise specified on ticket). Tea and Coffee will be provided during breaks only.

                  COVID-19

                  Please note that we take the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff very seriously. In light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we will be limiting all of our events to under 100 people. Should this event be cancelled due to government recommendations, all attendees will be provided with the option to transfer their ticket to the postponed event date, or accept a credit note that can be used to attend online training with the presenters.

                  We ask that anyone who is displaying cold symptoms on the day to stay at home. We will then provide you with a credit of which you can spend on Phoenix Support resources or online training.
